Velvet Society Rules

Consent is where everything begins… and where everything stays.
A no is complete. A pause is respected.
And when energy shifts — you move with it.

• The Society Velvet Society is a private adult lifestyle club serving the Metro Atlanta Area. Play permissions vary by event and venue — each event will specify what is permitted at that location.
• Consent Consent is required before any physical contact, regardless of gender. Ask first. Always. A no is complete — without question, without negotiation, and without revisiting it.
• Single Ladies Single ladies are respected members of the Velvet Society community. Stalking, unwanted pursuit, or harassment of single ladies is never permitted and may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of a couple's membership.
• Couples Couples are expected to arrive and depart each event together.
• Privacy Velvet Society does not share, disclose, or sell guest information to other guests or third parties. To connect with another Velvet Society member, you must initiate that conversation directly at a Velvet Society event.
• Your Presence Before you arrive… you're already felt. Profiles should reflect who you are — with taste, intention, and a touch of intrigue. Suggestive, never explicit. Distinct, never careless. Every presence is curated thoughtfully.
• Conduct All guests are expected to treat others — members and staff alike — with dignity. Disrespect, dishonesty, and exposure without permission don't belong here. Rude or dismissive conduct toward anyone at a Velvet Society event will not be tolerated.
• The Protected Atmosphere This is a protected atmosphere by design. Velvet Society reserves the right to review shared content and remove what doesn't align — quietly, without explanation. Not every energy is invited to stay.
• Age Requirement Events are open to guests 21 and older only. Honor the setting. Respect every presence.
• Play Areas If you enter a play area and are not participating, keep your voice to a whisper or remain silent. Do not enter or linger in the personal space of others while they are engaged. If you are uncertain whether your presence is welcome, ask.
• Discretion No names. No recordings. No stories without consent. No cameras, cell phone cameras, or recording devices of any kind are permitted at Velvet Society events. Discretion isn't requested — it's understood. This applies to all guests without exception.
• The Venue Respect the venue. Keep shared spaces clean and pick up after yourself. Keep your voice down in outdoor areas and parking. Be mindful of the surrounding neighborhood at all times.
• Zero Tolerance Velvet Society maintains a zero-tolerance policy for illegal drugs and prostitution. Violations result in immediate and permanent removal.
• Intoxication Guests who appear overly intoxicated will be denied entry or asked to leave the event.
• Creative Integrity What you share should be yours — or shared with permission. If something feels out of place, we're listening.
• Competing Events Promoting competing events or services (paid or free) at Velvet Society or on the Velvet Society network may result in membership suspension. Any event advertised on the same weekend as a Velvet Society event will result in immediate account review.
• Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold Velvet Society, its management, staff, agents and venues, harmless of any claim or damages (including any legal fees in relation to the same) made by yourself or a third party, for any loss, damage, injury or harm suffered by them or their property howsoever caused.
